Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping Costs (Including Statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added separately. For deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.95 applies to orders with a value of up to EUR 49.99. Orders with a value of EUR 50.00 or more are delivered free of shipping charges.

International Deliveries

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added separately. For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.95 applies to orders with a value of up to EUR 49.99. Orders with a value of EUR 50.00 or more are delivered free of shipping charges.

For deliveries to other EU countries and Switzerland, a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.80 applies to orders with a value of up to EUR 99.99. Orders with a value of EUR 100.00 or more are delivered free of shipping charges.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or costs, such as customs duties, may be incurred in connection with your order. These are neither paid by us nor invoiced by us and must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the responsible authorities for further details.

For the shipment of bulky goods by freight forwarding abroad, the following applies: scratching posts, scratching furniture and large dog crates are subject to the standard shipping costs.

Bulky goods are identified as such in the product description.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days and to other countries within 3–7 working days after conclusion of the contract. In the case of an agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins after you have issued your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
