Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery area
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
Shipping costs are not included in the order price and will be added accordingly.
For deliveries within Germany, to Austria and to the Netherlands, shipping costs are a flat rate of 4,95 EUR for an order value up to 49,99 EUR. For an order value from 50,00 EUR, delivery is free of shipping costs.
International deliveries
Shipping costs are not included in the order price and will be added accordingly.
For deliveries to the rest of the EU and Switzerland, shipping costs are a flat rate of 9,80 EUR for an order value up to 99,99 EUR. For an order value from 100,00 EUR, delivery is also free of shipping costs.
For shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e. g. customs duties) may arise in connection with your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please enquire about details with the respective authorities.
Shipping bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad
For shipping bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows: Cat trees, scratching furniture, large dog crates; the general shipping costs apply.
Delivery times
Unless a different time limit is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1-3 business days, and for international deliveries within 3-7 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Vouchers
We send vouchers exclusively by email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply for vouchers.
