myHUNTERclub Loyalty Programme
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By using or registering for this programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms’) governing the ‘myHUNTERclub’.
Terms and conditions for participation in the ‘myHUNTERclub’ loyalty programme of the online shops of HUNTER (wirliebenhunter.de) and stylecats (stylecats.de), operated by House of Pet Design GmbH.
1. Terms and conditions of participation:
By creating a customer account in the online shops of HUNTER or stylecats, you automatically participate in the loyalty programme. No separate registration is required. By participating, you accept these terms and conditions. Participation is voluntary and can be terminated at any time (see section 15. Termination of participation). Note: The loyalty programme is currently only available to a limited extent for the stylecats.de online shop. For further information, see section 4.9.
2. Overview of the myHUNTERclub loyalty programme
The myHUNTERclub loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as the ‘programme’) is operated by wirliebenhunter.de and stylecats.de, both online shops belonging to House of Pet Design GmbH, based at Kirchplatz 7, 32791 Lage, Germany (hereinafter referred to as ‘HUNTER / stylecats’). The Programme enables individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’) who have a valid HUNTER / stylecats account to receive additional benefits and collect loyalty points in the form of Club Coins (hereinafter referred to as “Points”). These Points are then credited to your customer account in the myHUNTERclub area (hereinafter referred to as ‘Rewards Account’). You have the option of redeeming your points in the rewards account for rewards.
3. Duration, modification and termination of the programme:
The programme is offered for an indefinite period. HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the programme at any time with future effect.
3.1 Termination of the programme
Full termination of the programme will be announced at least four weeks in advance. You will have the opportunity to redeem your collected points until the announced end date. The right to immediate termination for good cause – in particular in the event of legal changes or security risks – remains unaffected by this.
3.2 Changes to the programme
HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to change the programme or its contents at any time, in particular the conditions for awarding points, redeeming points, and the availability and value of rewards. Such changes shall take effect upon publication and do not require separate notification or consent, provided that they do not entail any significant disadvantages for you.
You will be notified in advance of any significant changes, in particular those that significantly alter the overall nature of the programme.
3.3 Changes to the reward offer
HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to adjust, exchange or remove rewards on offer at any time. Care will be taken to ensure an appropriate selection of redeemable rewards. Changes to the point value of individual rewards or to the conditions for collecting points are also permitted and may also apply to points already collected.
4. Availability and participation in the programme:
4.1 The programme is only available to persons residing within the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein who have a valid account with the HUNTER /stylecats online shop. If you do not yet have an account, please visit our website (wirliebenhunter.de / stylecats.de) and follow the instructions for creating an account.
4.2 The terms and conditions and privacy policy for the account, which you agree to when registering the account, are an integral part of these terms and conditions. For further legal information, please also refer to section 7.
4.3 The programme is aimed exclusively at private individuals or registered participants in our Dog Professional Special Programme, which can be viewed at https://www.welovehunter.com/en/dogprofessionals/ Companies or groups are excluded from participation.
4.4 The programme covers the collection and redemption of points exclusively on our websites wirliebenhunter.de / stylecats.de. Any programmes run by affiliated companies are to be considered separately.
4.5 Continued participation in the programme requires ongoing acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4.6 Only one account per person is permitted.
4.7 Participation in the programme may be terminated at any time. Further information can be found in Section 15. Termination of Participation.
4.8 Personal data will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
4.9 The programme is currently still under development for the online shop stylecats.co.uk. Participation in and use of the programme via stylecats.co.uk is therefore currently only possible to a limited extent. However, the conditions of participation also apply in full to stylecats.
5. Collecting points:
5.1 Collecting points:
HUNTER / stylecats offers points for purchasing products via wirliebenhunter.de and stylecats.de. The standard rate for calculating the points you receive for purchasing a product is 5 points for every euro spent.
You collect points as follows: You must be logged into your HUNTER / stylecats account during the checkout process for a product. You will receive points based on the final amount incurred during the checkout process for a product. Points are awarded on the gross amount (including VAT) of your order, which is calculated after all discounts have been deducted. This includes, in particular, the redemption of points, promotional codes, vouchers or gift vouchers. Shipping costs and other fees are not included in the calculation.
The number of points that can be earned is displayed during the checkout process. The points will be credited to your rewards account in accordance with Section 9. Point value; no monetary value, no transferability of these terms and conditions. When calculating points, amounts are always rounded mathematically to the nearest whole number without decimal places. If you are not logged into your HUNTER / stylecats account during the purchase process for a product, you will lose the opportunity to claim the points at a later date. As a gesture of goodwill, HUNTER / stylecats may, in individual cases, credit points retrospectively, but there is no entitlement to this.
5.2 Collecting points through other promotions or special offers:
HUNTER / stylecats may offer you additional Club Coins for limited periods as part of promotional campaigns – for example, in the form of multiple points. Such offers will be communicated via wirliebenhunter.de or stylecats.de, among other channels. Each offer contains its own details and conditions, including any eligibility requirements or restrictions. If you have agreed to this in advance, HUNTER / stylecats may inform you of such special promotions by email – to the email address linked to your HUNTER or stylecats account.
5.3 Reversal of points in the event of returns or cancellations:
If an order or part of an order is reversed for any reason after the points have been credited, HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from your rewards account.
6. Redeeming points:
6.1 Points can only be used for selected items and/or discounts, hereinafter referred to as rewards.
6.2 An overview of the available rewards and the points required to redeem them can be found in your rewards account or at: wirliebenhunter.de/myhunterclub
6.3 Information on the availability, modification or removal of rewards and on adjustments to the required points values can be found in section 3.3 Changes to the rewards programme of these terms and conditions.
6.4 HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to deliver a similar item of equal or higher value to you instead of the item you selected from the rewards catalogue if the originally selected item is not available or a replacement delivery is necessary for other reasons.
6.5 Any use of points for rewards from the rewards catalogue is final (subject to applicable rights of withdrawal and cancellation) and the points will then be deducted from your rewards account.
6.6 The redemption of points is generally subject to the availability of the respective reward. The delivery process and delivery times depend on the reward purchased. Details will be provided at the time of purchase.
6.7 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the general terms and conditions of business and cancellation of HUNTER / stylecats apply to the redemption of points for reward items. This applies in particular to delivery conditions, cancellation rights and warranty claims. In the event of cancellation or return, the refund will be made in the form of the points originally used. Cash payment or refunds are excluded.
6.8 When redeeming a reward via your customer account, you will receive an individual code. This must be entered manually during the ordering process in order to apply the respective reward (e.g. discount, free shipping or free product). Please note that certain rewards can only be redeemed under additional conditions, such as a minimum order value, a minimum purchase quantity or the selection of a specific product. Rewards such as free items require that the respective item be added to the shopping basket before the code is applied. Detailed information on the respective conditions can be found directly with the selected reward in the customer account.
7. Supplementary application of the general terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions of House of Pet Design GmbH apply in addition to all orders, payments, deliveries and returns in connection with the programme.
In the event of any contradictions between the General Terms and Conditions and these programme terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence, unless expressly agreed otherwise within the framework of the programme.
8. Exclusion of combinations:
Points cannot be combined with other discount promotions or special offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Point value; no monetary value, no transferability:
Points do not constitute property, do not include any independently enforceable rights and have no monetary value. Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable in any other way, either by inheritance or by other legal acts. The value of the points collected is valid exclusively for rewards and benefits within the HUNTER / stylecats programme. The sale or transfer of points is not permitted. You will not receive any compensation if your HUNTER / stylecats rewards account is terminated or deleted, your points are forfeited or expire, or you are no longer eligible to maintain an account. HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to adjust the value of the points you have collected and/or to terminate your rewards account if there is suspicion of fraud in connection with your participation or your rewards account.
10. Point validity:
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your customer account. Before points expire, you will be notified by email, provided that a valid email address is stored in your customer account and you have consented to receive the newsletter. HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to change the rules on point validity at any time. In this case, you will be informed of the changes in a timely and appropriate manner.
11. No points on orders already placed:
Points will not be credited for orders or transactions that have already been placed.
12. Technical availability and access to the programme:
HUNTER / stylecats endeavours to ensure that the programme is available without interruption as far as possible. However, availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance work, technical faults or external influences may lead to temporary restrictions, which do not entitle the user to compensation.
13. Marketing communications:
You have the option of voluntarily subscribing to our newsletter. This contains information about bonus promotions, special offers, competitions and other exclusive benefits within the framework of the myHUNTERclub and our online shops.
You can opt in when creating your customer account, during the ordering process or via the registration form in the footer of our website. Consent can be revoked at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
14. Data protection:
The processing of personal data within the framework of the programme is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection laws (in particular the GDPR). Further information on data processing can be found in our data protection regulations.
15. Termination of participation:
You can terminate your participation in the programme at any time and without giving reasons, e.g. by sending an informal email to myhunterclub@wirliebenhunter.de or by deleting your customer account.
HUNTER / stylecats reserves the right to terminate your participation in the programme if you violate the terms and conditions of participation or misuse the programme.
Upon termination of participation or deletion of the customer account, all unused points will expire without replacement.

17. Final provisions:
17.1 Applicable law
German law applies to all claims in connection with participation in the programme.
17.2 Place of jurisdiction
For disputes in connection with these terms and conditions, the registered office of HUNTER / stylecats (House of Pet Design GmbH, 32791 Lage) shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction, insofar as this is legally permissible.
17.3 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall be deemed to have been agreed. The same applies to any loopholes in the provisions.
